Information you give us

When you use the quote request form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), event type, date, time, number of guests, venue or delivery address, service style and any notes. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare menus and quotes, plan and deliver your event, and keep ordinary business records such as invoices. We don’t use it for marketing lists unless you ask us to keep you updated, and we never sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by our website and email host, Hostinger. When needed to deliver your event, we may share relevant details (for example, a delivery address or guest count) with staff, rental partners or venues working on your event. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add visitor analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and event details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we’re required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing inquiries@madisonandtablenyc.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is intended for adults planning catering and events. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
