How much does a cocktail reception cost?
Reception collections run $15.95 (3 pieces), $25.95 (5 pieces) and $35.95 (7 pieces) per guest. Heavy hors d’oeuvres receptions start at $45.95 per guest.
How many hors d’oeuvres per guest do I need?
Three to seven pieces per guest suits most receptions; a heavy hors d’oeuvres reception is 8–10 pieces, mixed to your event length and menu.
Are premium hors d’oeuvres extra?
Tenderloin, crab cake, shrimp cocktail and tuna tartare may carry a $1.50–$2.50 per-piece supplement in reception packages.
Is passed service included?
Passed service staffing is additional: $75 per hour per staff member with a 3-hour minimum, and $100 per hour for an event lead.
Can you provide bartenders and rentals?
Yes. Bartenders are $75 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Rentals we coordinate carry a 15% coordination charge on the rental subtotal.
Do you cater large or custom events?
Yes. Custom menus and large-scale events — from holiday parties to weddings — are quoted individually.
